Fresher’s party –2008 was organized on the teachers' day on 5th Septmber 2008. Many cultural programes including songs, dances, mimicry, skits and Ms.Fresher’s competition were performed by the students. The Chairman, Secretary, Director were present in this function.

Extra Curricular Activities

Cultural Activities
At KGEC we encourage our students to participate in cultural programs. We are always in the process of hunting talent within our students and highlight it from time to time resulting into an overall development of each and every student. Cultural activities like solo / group dance and singing, skits, plays have been organized by KGEC students at a big scale.

Technical Activities
We encourage our students to participate in technical events organized by our Krishna Group of Institutions and other colleges also to ensure that our students are at par with other college students and the market trend. Our college students have been very instrumental in participating at the inter college level and have won many prizes. The faculty of KGEC helps the students with innovative ideas so as to groom them to be able to manage the show individually at any techno fest / event.

Clubs
At KGEC, we are in a constant process of promoting our students to participate in various other activities such as book reading, technical know how, computer programming, project designing, art and craft, music etc. We have separate clubs for each domain lead by devoted faculty members and students.

Sports
Understanding the fact that “All study and no play would make Jill a dull girl.”, we have recreation facility in the form of sports for our students. On the campus, we have a basketball court, badminton court, volley ball court etc apart from table tennis, chess and other such interesting sports. The students of KGEC enjoy learning new sport under the guidance of a dedicated sports teacher. Once a year we organize a sports day for our students wherein all the students of KGEC participate in the sport or athletics of their interest.
